Cell phone with a camera.
High speed internet connection.
Video conferencing app installed on your phone.

What to expect in a Tele-Medicine visit?
Tele-Medicine visits can be scheduled by calling us at (503) 387-7111.
You will receive the link for your video conferencing app and step-by-step instructions for activation.
Our staff will call you within 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check you in and collect payment if applicable.
If it’s not covered by your insurance, our cash price for the visit is $165.
You will receive a video call from the doctor as soon as your check in process is complete.
